5. Turtle Point Trail

Length: 0.6 miles. Time: 30 minutes. Difficulty: 1-2. Trailhead: This circular trail begins at the north end of Caneel Bay Plantation, inside the resort grounds. Take the North Shore Road (Rt. 20) to the resort.

To make this short walk, you'll need to enter the Caneel Bay resort and register at the front desk at Caneel Bay as a day guest. A resort shuttle will take you to the trailhead.

The path follows the shoreline around the Caneel peninsula, through a forest and out to a rocky cliff with good views of the offshore islands and cays. The trail continues to Turtle Point Beach where you can catch a resort shuttle back to the parking lot.
