Discussions are at an advanced stage for the construction of a Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. This 18-hole Nicklaus-designed championship signature golf course will be located at Point Hardy on the northern tip of the island. The project is estimated at just over $100 million and will include a high-end resort facility called the Nicklaus Lodge. Also planned are 35 to 50 single family homes located on the picturesque 360-acre site with views of both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean .
