"Wining"
is a Trinidadian specialty where
women grind their hips against each other in a kind of simulated sex act.
It's kind of unexpected the first time you see such a public display,
but then it becomes just part of the scenery and a normal part of the
Carnival act. Trini women seem to especially like to wine in front of
a camera.
