St. Kitts - Fields of Sugar Cane & Old Sugar Factory - copyright M. Timothy O'Keefe - Guide To Caribbean Vacations

Fields of swaying sugar cane and an old sugar factory, your final view aboard The Sugar Train.

This is one of the last sights at the end of the line and it's a fitting one. The closest island is St. EustatiusSaba is tall peak to the left. Both are part of the Netherlands Antilles.

This spectacular view is the same one enjoyed by guests at one of the island's most exclusive resorts, nearby Rawlins Plantation. No wonder the rich planters chose this location, which looks more like the South Seas than the Caribbean.
