Dress is a little more formal than some

Evening dress falls into three categories: casual, informal and formal.

Casual: comfortable, relaxed clothing with the exception of T-shirts, jeans, swimsuits, tank tops and shorts, which are not allowed in the dining room, the Lido restaurant, or public areas during the evening hours.

Informal: dresses or pantsuits for women and jackets (tie optional) for men.

Formal: cocktail dresses or gowns for women, business suits or tuxedos are suggested for men, although a jacket and tie also suffice.

There are about 2 formal nights each week. Formal wear for men and women can be pre-ordered for a cruise by calling 800/551-5091. It's usually in your stateroom when you board.
