Drift dives allow you to cover as much as an eighth of a mile or more, a far greater territory than you would normally swim. And you don’t see anything twice.

Another advantage of drift diving: Once your dive is finished, you ascend to find your dive boat ready and waiting to take you aboard because it’s been tracking your air bubbles.

No wonder many divers abandon anchored boat dives and return again and again to float through Cozumel.
