Grand Cayman Dive Operators

If Stingray City is your goal, realize that some operators carry up to 200 people, others only 15-20. And make sure your chosen operator goes to Sand Bar, not the deeper version of Stingray City that's more suitable for divers.

Bayside Watersports runs only snorkel trips to Sand Bar using a variety of boats, some carrying as few as 10 and other up to 20-25. Private charters also available. Trips leave at 10 and 1:30 and include Stingray City Sand Bar, the barrier reef and the Aquarium Coral Gardens. The same spots plus a snorkel for conch for your lunch leaves at 9 a.m., returns at 3p.m. The guides are especially skilled at handling the rays, moray eels and nurse sharks.
