SEAFOOD PASTA

Seafood Pasta is very similar to the Spanish dish known as paella, with noodles substituting for rice.

1/2 lb. any thin pasta

2 T butter

4 scallops

4 mussels

4 clams

4 prawns

minced garlic

1 oz. fish stock

1 T heavy cream

Place noodles in boiling water and cook until done; fresh pasta cooks more quickly than dried. Cool and

drain noodles.

Place butter into a hot frying pan. Then add the

pasta, scallops, clams, mussels, prawns, a pinch of minced garlic, 1 oz. fish stock and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Toss all ingredients until clams and mussel open and serve hot.

For one person.
