PGA Grand Slam of Golf Lineup Begins

With his recent victory at the 2009 Masters, Argentina’s Angel Cabrera, has earned a ticket back to Bermuda as the first to qualify for The 2009 PGA Grand Slam of Golf, the season-ending showcase featuring golf’s premier foursome.

Returning to Bermuda for its third time, the high-stakes tournament will be held at Bermuda’s newly renovated Port Royal Golf Club, Oct, 20-21, 2009, one of the highlights of Bermuda’s 400th anniversary celebration.

Comprised of four major championship winners, the 36-hole PGA Grand Slam of Golf provides the best players in the world the opportunity to earn a spot in the most elusive and difficult foursome in all of golf.

The remaining 3 spots for this year’s competition will be determined at the U.S. Open at Bethpage State Park’s Black Course in Farmingdale, N.Y., June 18-21, 2009; British Open at Turnberry Ayrshure, Scotland, July 16-19, 2009; and the 91st PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, MN, Aug. 13-16,
